Accessibility

The interface is set so anyone can read it.

Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA across this corporate site and the portfolio surfaces operated by Lucy in the Loop, Inc.

Commitments

What we promise the reader.

Every public route on this site server-renders its full prose into static HTML, so the page is legible to a reader who has JavaScript disabled, a screen reader engaged, or a slow connection.

  • Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for all body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components.
  • Visible focus rings on every interactive element. We never remove focus indicators without an equivalent replacement.
  • Heading order from h1 through h3, with one h1 per page.
  • Decorative images marked alt="". Semantic images carry concise alt text.
  • Animations and transitions honor the prefers-reduced-motion setting site-wide.
  • Tap targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on every interactive control.
  • Keyboard-navigable from the top of the page to the bottom of every audience door without a mouse.
Reporting

If you encounter a barrier on any surface we operate, write to wecare@lucyintheloop.com with the URL and a description of what you were trying to do. We treat accessibility regressions as bugs, not feature requests, and we respond within one business day.
