Every reasoning step Lucy performs against a patient record produces a capsule. Each capsule carries two signatures (one classical, one post-quantum) and a hash that links to the previous capsule. The buyer's counsel can verify the chain against the operator's public keys without our cooperation.

Lucy is trained against a curated list of clinicians, journals, and guidelines. Each source is signed into the capsule chain at ingest. When Lucy cites a source in an output, the citation is verifiable against the ingest capsule. Hallucinated citations do not survive the chain.

Lucy speaks to four audiences on the same record: patients, families, clinicians, and researchers. Each audience sees a different surface of the same underlying intelligence. The record is the patient's; the chain is the operator's; the persona is Lucy's.

The Lucy persona and the capsule audit chain technology are licensed from Quantum Pipes Technologies LLC . Lucy in the Loop, Inc. is the licensee in healthcare and the operating company across lucy.md, the my\*health portfolio, and the institutional surfaces.
The substrate is also licensed by Quantum Pipes into parallel commercial uses outside healthcare (the QP avatar on AskQP, the Quantum Pipes platform). The separation is structural: a future buyer of Lucy in the Loop, Inc. inherits a licensed persona whose substrate is maintained by an independent IP holder.
