1. About this notice

This notice describes how Lucy in the Loop, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, handles information collected through this corporate site (lucyintheloop.com) and the portfolio surfaces it operates (lucy.md, mydadshealth.com, mymomshealth.com, and future siblings). The Lucy clinical-intelligence persona is licensed from Quantum Pipes Technologies LLC and operated under license by Lucy in the Loop, Inc.

2. What this site collects

This corporate site (lucyintheloop.com) does not require an account, does not set login cookies, and does not place third-party tracking pixels. The only telemetry is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design: no cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no fingerprinting, and only when the beacon token is set in our deployment environment.

If you send us email at one of the four addresses below, we keep that email in our standard email infrastructure and read it. We do not sell or rent contact information.

3. What the portfolio surfaces collect

Each portfolio surface operated by Lucy in the Loop, Inc. publishes its own privacy notice covering the information specific to that surface. Patient-facing surfaces process patient records only with the explicit, informed consent of the patient or their authorized representative, under HIPAA business-associate terms where applicable.

• We do not sell patient records.
• We do not train any model on patient records without explicit, informed consent from the patient or their representative.
• We do not deploy third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixels, no Sentry, no PostHog, no Mixpanel, no Hotjar, no Segment).
• We do not store browsing history from visits to this corporate site beyond the privacy-first beacon described above.

5. Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. If a third-party link on this site takes you to a surface that does set cookies, that surface's own privacy notice governs.

6. Children

This corporate site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The portfolio surfaces have their own age-appropriate practices in their respective privacy notices.
